Who you are agreeing with<\/h2>\n<p>You agree with OcuBit AI, the entity operating the Service.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Who may use the Service<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 18 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Resident in a jurisdiction where the Service is available (EU, UK, Canada).<\/li>\n<li>Not resident in or acting from the United States.<\/li>\n<li>Not subject to applicable sanctions (EU, UK, UN, Canadian or equivalent).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. The Service, in plain words<\/h2>\n<p>OcuBit AI is a market-analysis and decision-support tool. It is not investment advice, not a managed account, not a copy-trading network, and not a broker. We do not take custody of your funds.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Your account<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep your credentials private.<\/li>\n<li>Notify us at <a href=\"mailto:support@ocubitai.com\">support@ocubitai.com<\/a> if you suspect unauthorised access.<\/li>\n<li>No sharing or reselling the account.<\/li>\n<li>Close any time from account settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Fees<\/h2>\n<p>7% of profit withdrawn. No subscription, seat, data or inactivity fees. Fee changes get 60 days notice and apply only to future profits.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n<p>You may not: reverse-engineer, scrape, or re-publish the Service in bulk; resell signals; circumvent rate limits or risk rails; use the Service for market abuse (insider trading, wash trading, spoofing); use the Service with sanctioned entities.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>The engine, models, signal format, website and brand are owned by OcuBit AI. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence for personal trading. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a royalty-free licence to use it internally.<\/p>\n<h2>8. No investment advice. No warranty of outcome.<\/h2>\n<p>Signals are information, not advice. Trading involves the real possibility of total loss of deposited capital.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Our liability<\/h2>\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, OcuBit AI is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data-feed inaccuracies, or indirect\/consequential damages. Aggregate liability capped at success fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Suspension and termination<\/h2>\n<p>We may suspend or terminate with 30 days notice, or without notice for material breach. On termination you can still withdraw deposited capital and realised profits (subject to broker and anti-fraud checks).<\/p>\n<h2>11. Changes to the Service and these Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Material changes get 30 days email notice to active users. Continued use after the notice period counts as acceptance.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Governing law and venue<\/h2>\n<p>Governed by the laws of our principal place of business. Disputes go to good-faith negotiation first, then the courts of that jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law are preserved.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Severability<\/h2>\n<p>If any part is unenforceable, the rest keeps full force.<\/p>\n<h2>14.
