What counts as abuse<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scams in our name.<\/strong> Someone pretending to be OcuBit AI on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or in your inbox.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impersonation.<\/strong> Fake websites, apps, support agents, celebrity endorsements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand misuse.<\/strong> OcuBit AI name, logo, screenshots or signal language without permission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Platform abuse.<\/strong> Scraping, reselling signals, circumventing rate limits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User misconduct.<\/strong> Harassment of our support team, threats, repeated bad-faith disputes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security issues.<\/strong> See <code>\/.well-known\/security.txt<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. How to report<\/h2>\n<p>Send to <a href=\"mailto:abuse@ocubitai.com\">abuse@ocubitai.com<\/a>. Include: where (URL, screenshot, usernames, email headers), when (timestamps + timezone), what (short factual description, copy-pasted messages are gold), and your contact.<\/p>\n<h2>3. What we do<\/h2>\n<p>Triage within 24 working hours. Confirmed abuse goes to platform takedowns, domain takedowns, account suspensions, DMCA where applicable, and law enforcement where credible criminal evidence exists.<\/p>\n<h2>4. What we will never ask<\/h2>\n<p>The OcuBit AI team will <strong>never<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask for your password, seed phrase or 2FA codes.<\/li>\n<li>Ask you to wire funds to a personal account.<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee you a return in exchange for payment.<\/li>\n<li>Pressure you to decide inside 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Call or message you from a personal mobile number as &#8220;your account manager&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If anyone claims otherwise in our name, that is a scam. Please report it.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Retaliation and good faith<\/h2>\n<p>We will never retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith. Good-faith security research is explicitly welcomed under the terms in <code>security.txt<\/code>.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Response time<\/h2>\n<p>First response: 24 working hours. Brand\/impersonation resolution: 5 working days.
