What we collect, and why<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 When you browse the public site<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical logs: IP (truncated after 7 days), browser user-agent, pages visited, timestamp. <em>Why:<\/em> security, abuse detection, aggregated analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Essential cookies: session identifier and CSRF token.<\/li>\n<li>Analytics cookies (opt-in): a privacy-preserving event counter. We retain the submission for 24 months.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 When you open an OcuBit account<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Account details, broker verification data, platform usage (watchlists, risk settings).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Platform data stays encrypted at rest and is never used to train identifying models.<\/p>\n<h2>3. What we never do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers or affiliates.<\/li>\n<li>Share your trading behaviour outside the regulated execution chain.<\/li>\n<li>Use your identity data to train a model that could identify you.<\/li>\n<li>Add your email to marketing without separate opt-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Where your data lives<\/h2>\n<p>In Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EEA. Backups encrypted and in the same jurisdiction. No transfers outside the EEA except where strictly necessary for your chosen broker (under SCCs).<\/p>\n<h2>5. Automated decision-making<\/h2>\n<p>The engine makes recommendations about market behaviour, not legal or significant decisions about you. Any trade is executed only on your action or your pre-committed rules.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Children<\/h2>\n<p>OcuBit AI is not directed at anyone under 18.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Security<\/h2>\n<p>TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. Passwords stored as salted Argon2id hashes. Internal access on need-to-know basis, logged, audited quarterly.
