DMCA Policy

OcuBit AI respects intellectual property. If you believe content on our platform or website infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will act on it. Last updated: 23 October 2026.

1. What triggers a DMCA notice

A DMCA notice applies when you own, or are authorised to represent the owner of, a copyrighted work that is hosted on or linked from ocubitai.com in a way you believe is infringing. The procedure is modelled on 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

2. What a valid notice must include

  1. Physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work (title, URL, registration number if any).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL on ocubitai.com is best).
  4. Your contact: full legal name, mailing address, telephone, email.
  5. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
  6. A statement of accuracy, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner.

3. Where to send it

Email the designated agent at [email protected]. Subject: DMCA NOTICE. Physical address available on request to verified counterparties at [email protected].

4. What we do when we receive a valid notice

  • Acknowledge within 2 working days.
  • Review the notice for validity.
  • Remove or disable access and notify the person who posted it.
  • Keep a record for transparency reporting.

5. Counter-notice procedure

If your content was removed in error, you can file a counter-notice containing: signature; identification of the material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed in error; your name, address, telephone, and consent to the jurisdiction of your country (or ours, if outside the US), with acceptance of service of process from the original notifier.

If valid, we may restore the material 10–14 working days later unless the original notifier files for a court order.

6. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. False claims

Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice exposes you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please do not use the DMCA process to silence critics, suppress commentary, or settle unrelated disputes.

8. For non-US and parallel regimes
