Abuse Policy
We take misuse of OcuBit AI — our platform, our brand, or anyone claiming to represent us — seriously. This page tells you what to report, how, and what happens afterwards.
1. What counts as abuse
- Scams in our name. Someone pretending to be OcuBit AI on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or in your inbox.
- Impersonation. Fake websites, apps, support agents, celebrity endorsements.
- Brand misuse. OcuBit AI name, logo, screenshots or signal language without permission.
- Platform abuse. Scraping, reselling signals, circumventing rate limits.
- User misconduct. Harassment of our support team, threats, repeated bad-faith disputes.

2. How to report
Send to [email protected]. Include: where (URL, screenshot, usernames, email headers), when (timestamps + timezone), what (short factual description, copy-pasted messages are gold), and your contact.
3. What we do
Triage within 24 working hours. Confirmed abuse goes to platform takedowns, domain takedowns, account suspensions, DMCA where applicable, and law enforcement where credible criminal evidence exists.
4. What we will never ask
The OcuBit AI team will never:
- Ask for your password, seed phrase or 2FA codes.
- Ask you to wire funds to a personal account.
- Guarantee you a return in exchange for payment.
- Pressure you to decide inside 15 minutes.
- Call or message you from a personal mobile number as “your account manager”.
If anyone claims otherwise in our name, that is a scam. Please report it.
5. Retaliation and good faith
We will never retaliate against anyone who reports in good faith. Good-faith security research is explicitly welcomed under the terms in security.txt.
6. Response time
First response: 24 working hours. Brand/impersonation resolution: 5 working days. Platform security: escalated inside the hour.
